CESSION OF THE APARTMENTS FOR RENT
General Conditions:
1 The proprietor who yields his apartment in operation will do it by a period of three years and in return it will perceive a guaranteed yield of 2.400 € annual, of which the own expenses of the apartment will be reduced (contribution, consumptions of light, water... etc). Case of wishing to terminate the contract of cession of the operation, will have to be let now a ahead year, not to alter the commitments that the operating company had acquired with the wholesalers.
2. In order guaranteeing the uniformity of image and equipment, the apartments that are yielded in operation will have to be furnished with the furniture recommended by the operating company, of which it will go proposal and budget detailed at the moment of the sale.
3. The proprietors of the apartments yielded in operation will be able to have them during 5 weeks to the year, in the following conditions:
4. The period of benefit on the part of the proprietor or the people by authorized him could not be superior to 15 days followed.
5. The reserve of the period of benefit will have to be made at least 1 ahead month.
6. In case that it is desired to enjoy the apartment during the period of greater demand, that is to say, during the months of July and August, Easter and Christmas (from the 24 of December to the 6 of January), the proprietor will have to pay a supplement of 30 € for apartment and day.
7. The proprietor or the people by authorized him, during the 5 annual weeks of benefit to which they have right, will receive on the part of the operating company the service of cleaning, sheet change... etc, that habitually is offered in the operation. All the information required by Real decree 515/1989 of the 21 of April, on protection of the consumers as far as the information to provide in the transaction and renting of houses, is to disposition of the public in the offices located in the Edf. El Centro.
